The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Talent Sourcer.

Our hero:

— Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roles;

— General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;

— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.)

— Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search;

— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;

— Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



— As a Talent Sourcer you will be involved in the candidates searching for open positions using different channels (social and professional networks, internal database, job sites, etc.);

— Creating talent pipelines for future hiring needs;

— Targeting and reaching out passive candidates;

— Communication with talent acquisition team.

Also, you will be able to:

— Master new technics and sources for research activities;

— Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to potentially impact pipeline.

The department develops the staff in all areas of interest; in particular, in the company’s flagship expertise is Java, .Net, and JavaScript.
