  •  1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
  • Good skills in candidates search;
  • Experience of successful closing technical and non-technical positions Middle/Senior+ level;
  • Pre-Intermediate or higher English;
  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
