– 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
– General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
– Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search;
– Experience of successful closing technical and non-technical positions Middle/Senior+ level;
– Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
