Middle/Senior Java Security Engineer

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Middle/Senior Java Security Engineer. 

Requirements:

— 3-4 years experience of Java development in an agile environment;
— 3-4 years experience with fundamental front-end languages such as, HTML, CSS and JavaScript – advantage;
— 2+ years of experience working on security related issues (OWASP/CVE);
— Familiar with security testing tools BlackDuck and Fortify/Veracode;
— Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues;
— Ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems in a fast pace environment;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering and/or practical relevant experience/knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:
— Participate in product development, upgrade to and resolve issues with later versions of third party libraries;
— Resolve security related issues, such as OWASP Top 10;
— Maintain quality, ensure responsiveness and help optimize new and existing systems;
— Maintain code integrity and organization;
— Understanding and implementation of security and data protection;
— Experienced with the Java programming languages and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate;
— Experience of code versioning tools such as Git;
— Familiar with database technologies such as Oracle.

 

 

Project:  the product is a breakthrough product in the market with is model building capability and payment accuracy. Although the product is priced a bit high compared to its peers, it offers high end premium features which justifies the high pricing. The User-friendly and feature rich dashboards with a customizable reports surely make the product standout in the market. It helps in tracking sales, incentive programs and could properly evaluate each employee in detail. This reduces an external operational cost for the same. The platform is highly responsive, fast and secure while handling high volume of customer and product data.

Our Java department is experienced and proactive. The team is growing not only in number but also in professionalism.
