Marketing Specialist for CHI IT Academy

We are looking for a new teammate for a Marketer role to handle marketing activities for CHI IT Academy. Together, we develop and nurture the brand of the new education platform. If you are passionate about IT, have strong hard skills in digital, event, and social media marketing, and are eager to find creative solutions and achieve stellar results - welcome!

Requirements:

— Event management experience;

— Good understanding of content creation including photo, video;

— Good understanding of SMM pages promotion;

— General understanding of PR;

— Good knowledge of PPC and social media Ads;

— Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager;

— 1+ years of experience in email marketing (Mailchimp);

— Strong command of Excel;

— General understanding of the website development process.

 

Responsibilities:

—  Organize and manage all marketing activities related to CHI IT Academy;

—  Plan and manage website traffic growth and leads;

—  SMM;

—  Content and PR activities management;

—  Plan and setup AD campaigns;

—  Manage email campaigns;

—  Plan and organize events;

—  Analysis and reporting.

About the Marketing Team 

Our Marketing Unit is relatively young but no less ambitious from this. Our specialists work in several directions. The external marketing team studies the consumer, market trends and requirements. The internal unit is actively working on corporative brand development and collaborations with higher educational institutions and various educational projects. For instance, in 2019, we entered into a partnership with KhNU of I. Beketov and jointly opened the Internet of Things laboratory.
