The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need Head of Recruitment


  • 5+ years of experience in IT-recruitment;
  • 1+ years of being in a leadership role and managing technical recruiting team;
  • Experience hiring Senior/Architect level developers;
  • Experience in remote hiring from other cities and countries;
  • Experience in developing a successful recruitment strategy and plan;
  • Familiarity with various assessment techniques and tools;
  • Understanding of principles and purposes of recruitment’s best practices, processes and KPI/metrics;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Without the recruitment department, it would not be easy to imagine the full functioning of the company. The number of our projects is continually growing, and the recruiters team is answering the challenge, being on the constant lookout for the real pros. The department develops the staff in all areas of interest; in particular, in the company’s flagship expertise is Java, .Net, and JavaScript.
