The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Delivery Manager.   


— 4+ years of experience as IT Project manager;
— experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
— deep knowledge of Developing Standards;
— knowledge in Latest Innovations;
— experience in Estimation and Financial Strategy;
— participation in Process Improvement;
— Practical knowledge in Quality Management;
— strong technology background is required, including experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, database design and software application design;
— solution Architectural experience is a plus;
— management skills, including project management capabilities, are required;
— upper-Intermediate English.



Delivery Manager Position Definition and Responsibilities:

Delivery manager supervises client services, enforces policies and procedures and provides reports and service-level agreements among other tasks.

A delivery manager assesses a client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the appropriate services within a business context. Depending on the nature of the business, DMs could be responsible for any number of the following:

Establishing delivery processes: Setting up guidelines and procedures for service delivery. Processes are continually refined to ensure a great customer experience at every step.

Supervising staff: Overseeing employees in different stages of the delivery process. The DM is not necessarily the direct line manager of every employee but works to ensure service departments and teams of employees work together effectively.

Management: Project planning, scheduling and performance are part of the responsibilities. Managing a team of developers or managing specific projects with different.

Technical requirements will vary depending on the type of software produced, ranging from web-based development to database and application design.

A delivery manager coordinates and manages the software development process for specific software projects.
