Android Team LeadI started a summer internship at CHI Software when I finished my 2nd year at university. With 10 interns, we spent every evening for 2.5 months in meetings and classes, where we received basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Android. After successfully completing the practice, I got an Android trainee position. Today, I am the Mobile Solution Architect, and I think my most significant achievement is the experts I work with and those I supervise. I have created a detailed Android internship program. Now we can train new specialists and guide their further growth productively. What else? Perhaps the achievement is my current position (blushes), the opportunity to lead our large Android team in the current project and participate as a technical leader. I also like our company's rapid growth and development. And it's a pleasure to work with our project and department management! As one of the short term goals, I would like to contribute to our mobile development team expansion and help to increase employees' technical experience.
QA Team LeadHi, I'm Alexey Stankevich. I started from small, and now I am QA Team Lead. I came to CHI Software when a good friend of mine recommended me to executives. It was my first IT job interview, and it was daunting and curious simultaneously. At that time, I studied a lot of professional literature and also took testing courses. The most challenging (and funny!) interview was, of course, the technical one. I was lucky to have team leaders and technical experts there. We talked for about two hours, so I am more than sure that I have proven my right to be here ;) Speaking of achievements, I think the biggest one is the fact that I am still here. I am grateful to my mentors for their contribution to my professional and personal growth. My Napoleonic plans include self-improvement and sharing experiences with the next generations of QA engineers to instill confidence in them. And I also want to make the world a better place. The project I am currently working on allows me to find a compromise on any complex issue. What is my favorite thing about CHI Software? My colleagues!
Разработчик iOSI got into the CHI Software iOS team quickly. I passed an interview and received a prompt response from HR. I was so glad that I even offered to go working a week earlier than the other interns. Now I am a Technical Lead of IOS Department. I believe my most outstanding achievement is that the management and my team recognize me as a valuable employee. They take my opinion into account, and I think it is essential for everyone to be appreciated. The most valuable things for me are a great team, the ability to communicate and receive timely help. Probably, that's why I forget about the time when I am at work. We can always count on effective management. The projects are great: everyone has the opportunity to work on trending cases using the newest technology. I like easy communication and a good mood in a team; everyone is glad to return to the office again and again. Of course, I'm idealizing a little :) Tough days happen, but they don't make me give up and leave. And it is inspiring. I plan to develop my skills by all means. I want to discover new directions, explore architectural approaches, and practice Zen programming.
